Shipping and Delivery

Processing time is typically 1-2 days

Estimated standard shipping is 3-5 business days.  Business days exclude Sundays.  FedX and UPS Ground is 2-5 days.  Expedited shipping is 1-2 days.  Shipping times vary by location.

Standard shipping is provided to you from our warehouses to all valid USPS addresses in the continental U.S.  At this time we only ship throughout the United States.

Customers required to pay any applicable taxes on any shipping charges, free or otherwise.

Alaska and Hawai'i customers:  Shipping to these states is not available for all products.  Please contact us first before ordering.  Extra shipping costs will apply.  We will accommodate as much as possible.

We attempt to avoid any delays in getting your order delivered as fast as possible.  However, delays may occur during holiday seasons or unusual circumstances.

Once your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for the actual delivery of the order.

Tracking Information

We will provide any tracking numbers to you by email as soon they are available.  Most shipping will include a tracking number sent via email.  Standard shipping does not always include tracking numbers.  Typically, orders will be out for delivery within 2-5 business days.  If your order was placed more than 5 days ago and have not been updated on tracking information, please contact us.  If your order was marked as delivered and you have not received your order, please refer to the carrier first.

Lost/Missing Packages

Zoomie Dog Co. is not responsible for lost packages once the carrier has taken possession.

Zoomie Dog Co. is not responsible for any incorrect address info entered during the check out or account registration.  Please insure that the billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order.  Should you have accidentally entered the wrong information, cancel the order and place it again with the correct information.  If the order has ready processed, please contact us customersupport@zoomiedogshop.com.  Additionally, if the error was made directly from our site, we would take responsibility of the original order at no charge to the customer.
